Prima facie judicial harassment. When you’re dealing with kind of chain-of-command complicity, redress within that system’s structure is probably pointless. The best tactic would be videos like this: expose this outrageously unjustified and disproportionate waste of resources and tax dollars: That will appeal to a broader public’s interests, especially in the current fiscal melieu. Might get some needed torque that way.
This is just the beginning. State bureaucrats everywhere are working to criminalize freedom because it pays to put YOU through the criminal system and in jail.
This is pretty bizarre. I really hope he doesn’t go to jail for 90 days for exercising his first amendment rights.
What I don’t get is why wouldn’t this law apply to anyone who discussed the marijuana civil disobedience event in a public forum, such as all of us here on the Ridley Report.
