The letter “U” stands for the underlying or true reason for business. Conviction, imagination, and leadership are the subjects within the reason for the business. The beliefs of conviction are a driving force to progress within the business. Imagination is the ability to imagine things to do with the business, proceeding with new concepts. To take risks that will take the business to a higher-level are sometimes what it takes to succeed. Leadership is required to direct people effectively to obtain the best results.

The letter “C” stands for the clear path the business is supposed to take. Anyone in business needs to know where they want the business to head in the future. Know the path to take to get to the main objective of starting the business originally.

The letter “S” stands for skills. The skills include communication with people, clients, and different business. Without the ability to communicate in a professional manner, the business will fail. The last letter “S” stands for not stopping at anything to achieve the level of success of the goal. Do not let anyone stop the intended goal from being met. Many people will try to stop a person from success due to jealousy based on them not having the drive and determination to do what the businessperson is aiming to accomplish.
